T3 ARCHITECTS just designed this high-end Penthouse located in District 2 in Saigon (Vietnam). The project consists first to link together 2 Penthouses to make a unique property with one of the best views on Saigon River, playing with sky and sunset… the First Penthouse is more dedicated to the private life of the owner, with a minimalist but cosy and elegant design, with a living opened on a small pool turned by T3 in a typical koi fish pound with tropical plants all around. The border between indoor and outdoor is no completely defined and let the choice according to your “moon of the day”… High-end materials and equipment are selected with the intention to avoid “new rich” style. The big Penthouse is dedicated to Wellness and entertainment: organic spa, jacuzzi, sky pool, bar, and dining area to welcome friends, DJ booth… The owner also required to create a kind of private “museum” to highlight some specific Art pieces and belongings like luxury watches, Italian shoes, large scale sculptures. T3 designed a masterpiece staircase as a sculpture playing with an existing concrete column. the 2 Penthouses are connected through a wine cellar, passing from dark to natural light to play with contrast.
