T3 Architects Team was selected to design this elegant Eco-Resort (40 Keys) in Ninh Tuan Province to welcome guests who love nature and have a strong awareness about biodiversity preservation and outdoor activities. The main goal is to preserve the beauty of the existing site, conserve the local species and the related biodiversity, allow the water flow through the site without being disturb by construction, promote local materials sourced on site or around, and create an Ecolodge where you can relax and enjoy the local culture.
In terms of Master Plan, T3 and Interscene did a deep inventory of the existing plants and trees, which lead us to preserve some natural zones, and to build in some areas with less environmental interests. We have located the main building on an area which was already fill-up with natural soil in the past, and offering the best view on the Bay. It comprises the reception of the Eco-Resort, as well as the main restaurant and kitchen, one spa and a large part off the Back Of House at the basement. A large terrace will welcome guests to enjoy the infinity pool and probably some delicious seafood. Then, T3 designed 2 owner Villas for our client and his friends. The villas are connected by a large deck with a private pool. The bedrooms have been located at the ground floor (cooler) while the living and dining rooms have been located at the first floor to get a better view on the landscape. Two more buildings can welcome families and couple, always with a bioclimatic design to offer an optimal thermal comfort for customers. Then, T3 specified Kanopya Lodges 4*, made by timber, with a tensile roof above to create shadow for guests and improve energy efficiency. Those lodges are suspended above the natural soils to preserve as much as possible the nature and reduce the footprint of the real soil. It is also a way to get a wonderful sea view of course, with a terrace playing with the trees around.
All circulation are suspended above the floor to preserve the soil and create a unique experience for guests. Some kind of footbridge allow to access to each Vilas and lodges. It will be probably one of the famous Ecolodge in Ninh Tuan as soon as it will welcome guests!
