T3 Architects designed the Brand Design Concept of EMM Hotels & Resorts, a collection of 3 and 4-star international-standard hotels owned and operated by TMG.
The main goal is to propose a newest international-quality brand, bringing a new level of product, consistency and standards to the Vietnamese market.
For hotel in cities (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang) we will implement standardized designs, facilities and offerings. Design will be unique and modern using bold colours, branding, mixed with modern materials with clean lines and make best use of space and lighting to creating a hotel brand not yet seen in Vietnam. In this category, T3 completed EMM Saigon located in an existing Tower.
When it comes to resort locations (Cat Ba Island, Hoi An, Da Lat, Phan Thiet, Phu Quoc….) serving mainly tourists and holiday seekers, T3 design propose to reflect its own stylish character considering the location, cultural background, history and local lifestyle, as opposed to being a replica of another hotel. In this category, T3 completed EMM Hoi An and EMM Hue, both located in some existing buildings.
In order to create and establish the brand identity for EMM hotel chain, certain in-house material such as furniture and fabrics have been designed or sourced by T3, always seeking to collaborate with contemporary artists.
The next challenge for T3 and TMG is to design the first EMM Hotel from “zero” (no refurbishment), it means Master Plan, sustainable Architecture & landscape, consistent lighting and push forward the interior design’s original Concept…
BIOCLIMATIC SECTION of BAGAN HOTEL
T3 designed all the Hotel building following bioclimatic principles: double ventilated roof, large overhangs, balcony use as sun protection, sun shade tailor made according to the sun orientation.
