A French couple asks for T3 to design their Penthouse in Ho Chi Minh City. Because the existing layout was not very “exiting”, T3 decided first to review and improve the Layout to give an impression of space and create more relation between Indoor (apartment) and Outdoor area (terraces). Being at the top floor of a high rise building, T3 considered that we can enjoy natural ventilation all evening, avoiding to use too much Air Conditioning. Plants and small pool bringing more freshness inside the living room and kitchen and give impression to the family members that they are living in a real House (but with the view and all advantages of an apartment).
