Design of 2 Green 4* Resort in Bagan, along the famous Irrawaddy River. Preservation of Natural resources of the Site (plants, main trees, rainwater channels) as well as Heritage value (Pagoda, tombs,…) to keep the strong Identity of Bagan Culture. Use of local material (bricks, wood, bamboo, lime plasters).

The Resort is build around a main Axis which leads the Visitors/customers till the River bank where they can find all kind of facilities: restaurant, lounge bar, boutique, spa, massage, outside puppets theater, meeting-room, pool – to enjoy the magnificent Panorama and fresh air during morning and night time. 3 kind of “Bungalows” offer 3 types of stay in Bagan: River view Bungalows, Garden Bungalows and Nature Bungalows (with small natural pools under the trees). Some Hotel blocks are located on the Site periphery, offering another range of service and cheaper price for families (3*). But all rooms are facing the River and all customers can enjoy the luxuriant Garden.
